Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Everyone here at PremiumVials (hereinafter PREMIUMVIALS) appreciates your business and looks forward to working with you! Please be advised of the following terms and conditions:
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suited for their intended use, are compatible with the content that is to be put in the purchased products, and in compliance with all applicable regulations of the finished products that it markets. It is our suggestion that you purchase a sample product and test it for compatibility before placing a larger order.
Customer shall conduct a prompt inspection of merchandise to determine order accuracy, count and condition. Any claim of inaccurate product, short count, defect, or any other reasonable cause, shall be waived by Customer unless made in writing within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Upon notification of such claim by Customer, PREMIUMVIALS will provide instructions for the return of the merchandise. Items returned must be unused, in original condition and in original boxes. Under no circumstances will clearance items, specialty orders, or high volume, discounted bulk items be accepted for return. Upon receipt and determination by PREMIUMVIALS, in its sole discretion, that the returned merchandise is non-conforming, PREMIUMVIALS will issue a credit to the Customer less a 20% restocking fee. In the event any used bottles are returned, specifically those containing odor, and the unused bottles in same packaging are contaminated, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Back Order Policy:
There may be times when a product becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping. In the event you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock, you will generally be contacted within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to discuss how you would prefer your order be handled with respect to the back ordered item(s). If you qualified for free shipping when the original order was placed, and the agreed upon resolution is to ship available items immediately and the back ordered items upon availability, the back ordered shipment will not qualify for free shipping. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours, your entire order will be placed on back order until the back ordered item(s) become available.
Discontinued Items Policy:
There may be times when a product becomes permanently unavailable. In the event you have ordered a product that is no longer available, you will generally be contacted within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to discuss how you would prefer your order be handled with respect to the discontinued item (such as replacement item). If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, the discontinued item(s) will be refunded to you and the rest of your order (if any) will be shipped to you.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been pulled and packaged for shipping, any cancellation of the order is considered a return and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations received once an order has been shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees to return the merchandise to PREMIUMVIALS. Cancellations of custom colored bottles will incur a 50% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees to return the merchanduse to PREMIUMVIALS.
Shipping and Customer Pick Up Policy:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
As a general rule, orders may require one (1) to three (3) business days for processing and three (3) to five (5) business days for shipping, therefore, If shipped via FedEx Ground/Home or United States Postal Service (USPS) it can take approximately 4-8 business days from the date your order is shipped to delivery of your merchandise, absent extenuating circumstances.
PREMIUMVIALS is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver caused by acts of God; severe weather; war; common disaster; fires; strikes; curtailment of PREMIUMVIALS’s operations; delays in delivery of material or goods by suppliers; imposition of governmental embargoes, regulations, price limitations or controls; accident; delays of common carriers; or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond its reasonable control. Any delivery date may be extended, at PREMIUMVIALS’s option, to the extent of any delay resulting from any such event.
Please note that FedEx SmartPost utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for FINAL delivery. FedEx will transport your package to your local Post Office causing an additional 1-3 business days for delivery to the address provided.
Customers who live near our central Florida warehouse location (1500 Lakeview Dr, Sebring, FL 33870), may choose to pick up their orders at our warehouse. When you place your order, you will be advised if your merchandise is in stock and your order pick up ready date. Your order must be picked up within three (3) business days of the stated pick up ready date or the merchandise will be restocked and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
The information PREMIUMVIALS collects from the Customer (name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information) is used solely for the purposes of processing and shipping Customer orders. Email addresses are used to communicate with Customers regarding their order and to relay information on future sales they may be interested in. We do not provide any information to outside parties except shipping information to the appropriate shipping company.
Price Match Guarantee:
In order to qualify for our price match guarantee proof of lower price must be submitted and may require verfication by our sales department.
Coupons and Special Offers:
Limit of one coupon per order. Certain items may not be eligible for discount. PREMIUMVIALS reserves the right to withdraw any coupon, promotion, bonus or special offer at any time without notice.
PREMIUMVIALS reserves the right to terminate production of any specialty items or colors without notice
