My wife fell and took a tumble.. she has a compressed fracture of the spine and lumbar strain (hard to bend over just dress herself). This cream does smell like menthol when you apply it, but the smell dissipates quickly. The nice sensation lasts for a few hours, while the hemp in it does its thing. Five stars.

I just got this in the mail and 10-15 mins after application the pain in my back was relieved. It's not completely gone, but I can function. I have 2 ruptured discs,1 herniated disc, arthritis, sciatica, and no cartilage in between the vertebrae in the lower half of my back. So I had no expectations of this product to completely relieve all my aches and pains. But I certainly feel a major difference.

I am pregnant and needed something for my back pain. The first time I used it, my pain went away for two weeks. When it came back a few days ago, I used it again and my pain has not returned. I’ve used this on my mother’s back and my sister’s neck and while their pain does not abate immediately after a few more uses (as recommended) they have noticed an improvement. Follow the directions as instructed, especially with washing your hands. It does have a strong odor but not as bad as Icy Hot etc. It’s not unpleasant but thats up to the user.

If you're looking for a high-quality cream that absorbs without residue and relieves pain, this is your cream. If you're looking for a true hot cream, I would look elsewhere. Even with a wrap and cardio, you'll be lucky to tingle much less enjoy some thermogenic properties. While I found this aspect disappointing I was blown away by the reduction in pain, cramps, and aches. So blown away I immediately ordered another container for my Dad who recently had rotator cuff surgery. Even he's impressed!! We love this stuff! My skin is also looking more even toned where I've applied it.
