- PAIRS WELL WITH MEZCAL: Inspired to mix with Mescal, but works well with aged spirits like whiskey, añejo tequila or aged rum.
- SIMPLE TO USE: Just add booze. Stir 1 part Bittermilk to 4 parts Mezcal (or other aged spirit) with lots of ice, and garnish with a lime twist. Each bottle makes about 17 cocktails.
- ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND COMPLEX FLAVOR: Cocoa fines, raisins and Mexican chiles add bittersweet complexity, while mimicking the familiar flavors of molé.
