Thank you for your interest in our products. Our sample program allows you to receive up to 3 items of merchandise valuing less than $10 at no charge. Not all items are eligible for samples. You are required to pay a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $5.49. If you choose to place a subsequent order with us, we will deduct the sample shipping charges from the shipping charges on your new order. To process a sample order with us, please complete the form below. We will process the order, generate the freight charges and contact you for payment to complete the order. Samples will be shipped within the USA using USPS. You can also provide your UPS account for faster overnight services.
